Jack I. Lerner

Jack I. Lerner is a Clinical Professor of Law and Director of the Intellectual Property, Arts, and Technology (IPAT) Clinic at the University of California, Irvine School of Law, with a joint appointment in the Department of Film and Media Studies. His expertise bridges intellectual property law, privacy, and technology policy, focusing on how legal frameworks impact innovation and creative expression.
