Jack Cushman is the Director of the Harvard Library Innovation Lab at Harvard Law School, a software and design lab focused on integrating library principles with cutting-edge technologies. He holds a law degree and an undergraduate degree in electronic arts, straddling roles as a software engineer, appellate attorney, and educator. His work centers on digital preservation, legal technology, and library innovation, including leading the Caselaw Access Project and developing Perma.cc to combat link rot in scholarly citations.
