Jaan Ulst

Jaan Ulst is a Visiting Professor at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, specializing in Volunteer Engagement and Management. He is actively involved in the European Capital of Culture Tartu 2024, serving as the programme manager of the People and Skills programme line and programme coordinator of the volunteers programme.
