Dr. J.C. (Koos) Winnips serves as the Technology Enhanced Learning coordinator at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Groningen. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Science and Technology from the University of Twente (2000) and has held roles including Research Fellow at Glasgow Caledonian University and Advisor ICT and Education across multiple institutions.
