J. Roger P. Angel is a Regents' Professor of Astronomy and Optical Sciences at the University of Arizona, where he serves as Director of the Richard F. Caris Mirror Lab and an astronomer at Steward Observatory. His work spans technological innovation in large optics, planetary imaging, and sustainable energy solutions.
