J. Richard Harvey

J. Richard Harvey is a Professor at Villanova University School of Law’s Graduate Tax Program since August 2010. With over 40 years of experience in tax administration, policy, and consulting, he has held senior roles in the U.S. Treasury Department, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he led the Banking and Capital Markets Tax Practice before retiring.
