Izabela Steflja is an Associate Professor at the College of Arts, Wilfrid Laurier University, specializing in International Criminal Law, Transitional Justice, and the intersection of gender and conflict. Her research examines the roles of women and children in armed groups, the complexities of victim-perpetrator binaries, and the sociopolitical impacts of international tribunals.
