Izabela Gołębiak

Izabela Gołębiak is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine of Lazarski University since 2021. She holds a doctoral degree in Health Sciences from the Medical University of Warsaw (2018) and has extensive academic appointments including Assistant Professor at the Academy of Humanities and Economics in Łódź (2007-2022) and leadership roles such as Director of the Warsaw Branch (2017-2021). Her research focuses on public health, vaccinology, epidemiology, and patient safety. She has supervised over 340 undergraduate and 46 master's theses.

Her education includes a nursing degree from Jagiellonian University (2002), postgraduate studies in healthcare management and medical law (2017-2018), and doctoral research in health sciences. She has contributed to numerous scientific monographs and conferences, addressing topics like infection control in oncology wards, vaccination policies, and interdisciplinary care for chronic patients.

Her work integrates clinical practice with public health advocacy, emphasizing ethical challenges in healthcare and improving patient safety through evidence-based practices. She has participated in national and international conferences, including the European Society for Pediatric Infectious Diseases and the Polish Society of Family Medicine. Her research highlights the importance of vaccination education, infection control protocols, and interdisciplinary collaboration in healthcare delivery.
