Dr Iwona Staniec is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Management within the Faculty of Organization and Management at Lodz University of Technology since 2000. Her research focuses on data analysis, risk management, technological entrepreneurship, and collaborative strategies. She actively participates in and leads research projects funded by the National Science Centre, National Center for Research and Development, and European Social Fund.
Her research interests span quantitative methodologies including statistics, econometrics, and structural equation modeling. Key areas include innovation risk assessment, coopetition strategies, and risk modeling in pension systems. Recent work addresses pandemic impacts on workplace dynamics, supply chain resilience, and consumer behavior in sustainable markets.
