Rauno Rusko

Rauno Rusko is a University Lecturer at the Department of Welfare, Work and Citizenship within the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Lapland. His primary research focuses on entrepreneurship, tourism management, coopetition strategies, and digitalization in education. He has led/co-investigated multiple EU-funded projects since 2014, including initiatives on well-being AI, entrepreneurship education, and decision-making algorithms. His work bridges theoretical frameworks with practical applications in sustainable development, technology adoption, and organizational behavior.
