Ivaylo Radev

Chief Assistant Professor Ivaylo Radev serves at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG) within the Faculty of Geodesy, Department of Higher Geodesy. His academic career spans geodetic monitoring, crustal deformation analysis, and landslide process studies with active involvement in international research projects.

His research focuses on geodynamic processes, particularly through GPS monitoring of crustal deformations and active fault analysis. Key areas include landslide monitoring in urban environments like Sofia's Botanical Garden, Krupnik-Kresna region geodynamics, and integration of gravimetric measurements with geodetic data. His methodological approach combines field measurements with finite element modeling for deformation analysis.
