Ivar Kapsi

Ivar Kapsi is a Researcher at the Institute of Forestry and Engineering, Estonian University of Life Sciences, specializing in Geodesy and Remote Sensing with a focus on Sea-Level Change and Coastal Zone Vulnerability. His work integrates satellite altimetry and in-situ measurements to assess climate change impacts on the Baltic Sea region.
