Ivana Radačić, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law Osijek, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, where she serves as an external collaborator in the Department of International Law and Legal Theory Sciences and Methodology. She is the lecturer and holder of courses in the University Specialist Study Program in Human Rights (PRAVOS), focusing on women, gender, and human rights.
Her research interests center on human rights, particularly gender and women's rights within legal frameworks, international law, and jurisprudence. She also contributes to the methodology of legal sciences, emphasizing theoretical and interdisciplinary approaches to law.
