Ivana Bjedov is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Forestry, University of Belgrade, specializing in Landscape Architecture and Horticulture. She leads research on floristic diversity, invasive species, and plant genetic resources, with over 90 publications.
- B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Biology (2001, 2005) from University of Belgrade
- Ph.D. in Taxonomic and Ecological Research of Vaccinium Species (2012)
Her research focuses on floristic and vegetation diversity, invasive plant species, and plant genetic resources, with recent work on urban green spaces, climate change impacts, and conservation strategies. She collaborates internationally, including projects with the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna and Horizon 2020's ArcticHubs.
