Ivan Quesada Moll serves as a Professor in the Department of Applied Biology at Miguel Hernández University of Elche, Spain, and is an active member of the Diabetes Research Unit within the Institute of Research, Development and Innovation in Healthcare Biotechnology of Elche (IDIBE).
His teaching responsibilities include:
- Nutrition (Bachelor's in Biotechnology, 2023/2024-2025/2026)
- Cellular and Molecular Aspects of Diabetes and Obesity (Master's in Biotechnology and Bioengineering)
- Seminars in Biotechnology and Bioengineering
Research focuses on endocrine physiology, molecular mechanisms of metabolic disorders, and nutritional interventions. His work bridges diabetes pathophysiology, obesity mechanisms, and food science analysis through bromatology.
