Ivan Malbašić is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics, University of Zagreb, where he has been affiliated since 2005. He holds a Ph.D. in Economic and Business Sciences from the University of Maribor (2015) and has served in academic roles ranging from Research and Teaching Assistant to Postdoctoral Researcher and Assistant Professor. Currently, he acts as Vice-Dean for Business and Human Resources at the Faculty of Organization and Informatics.
