Itay Goldstein is the Joel S. Ehrenkranz Family Professor of Finance and Economics at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He serves as Chairperson of the Finance Department and holds secondary appointments in Economics. His research focuses on corporate finance, financial markets, and financial fragility, examining interactions between market dynamics and real economic outcomes.
