Iswari P Pandey is a Professor in the Department of English at California State University, Northridge (CSUN), where he has been employed since 2013. He previously taught at Tribhuvan University (Nepal), University of Louisville, and Syracuse University. His academic leadership includes directing CSUN's Program in Business & Professional Communication and serving as a program developer, evaluator, and consultant for graduate programs in English studies globally.

- M.A. (1994) and B.A. (1990) from Tribhuvan University
His research focuses on Rhetoric, Composition, Postcolonial studies, Global Englishes, and Transnationalism, with particular emphasis on digital culture, literacy studies, and business/professional communication. He has received multiple awards for teaching, scholarship, and professional contributions.
