Isabelle RIBOT is a Full Professor in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Montreal's Faculty of Arts and Sciences. Her research focuses on human population evolution over the Holocene and Pleistocene, particularly in Canada and sub-Saharan Africa, examining environmental influences on skeletal biology, paleopathology, and dietary patterns. She holds a PhD in Biological Anthropology from the University of Cambridge (2002) and has conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Cape Town.
