Sara McGuire is a Lecturer in the Department of Anthropology at The Ohio State University. She holds a B.S. in forensic science and a B.A. in history from the University of New Haven (2010–2011) and an MSc in biological anthropology (with distinction) from Bournemouth University (2013). Her research focuses on bioarchaeology, inequality, and human skeletal variation, particularly in historical populations. She has conducted isotopic analyses of dietary patterns in Roman-era populations and is currently investigating pollutant exposure during England's Industrial Revolution.
