Isabelle Brault is a Professor at the Faculty of Nursing Sciences (Faculté des sciences infirmières) at the Université de Montréal. Her research focuses on clinical governance, nursing administration, and interprofessional collaboration in healthcare. She is a member of the Network for Nursing Interventions Research in Quebec (RRISIQ) and the Montreal Public Health Research Institute (IRSPUM).

Research Interests: Her work addresses governance mechanisms in healthcare systems, leadership in nursing management, and patient-centered collaboration. She emphasizes integrating patient perspectives into healthcare education and policy.

- Lead researcher in projects on palliative care training for managers (2020–2024)
- Member of Quebec's Integrated Primary Care Teams (IPCT) evaluation (2014–2023)
