Isabel Rodriguez Moreno is a Researcher in the Department of Psychobiology at the University of Valencia. She completed her doctoral degree in 2024 at the same institution, specializing in neurocriminology and compassion analysis. Her thesis examined parasympathetic responses in male and female offenders, supervised by Dr. Luis Moya Albiol and Dr. Ángel Romero Martínez.
Her research integrates psychobiological mechanisms with forensic psychology, focusing on neurocriminology, autonomic nervous system responses, compassion, and gender differences in criminal behavior. This work aims to uncover physiological underpinnings of offender profiles.
She has been awarded the competitive FPU Predoctoral Fellowship, supporting her academic training and research contributions.
