Isa Cegrell Karlander

Isa Cegrell Karlander is a Senior Lecturer in Administrative Law and Administrative Procedural Law at the Department of Law, Uppsala University. Her research and teaching focus on migration law, particularly the application of legal principles in asylum procedures.

She is actively involved in the Nordic collaborative project NoRDASiL (Nordic Refugee Determination: Advancing Data Science in Migration Law), which integrates legal analysis with data science methodologies. She also serves as course director for the advanced course in migration law and teaches in core law program semesters.
