Irene Reppa

Dr. Irene Reppa is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Psychology at Swansea University, with a D.Phil. from Bangor University. She previously served as a Research Officer at Bangor before joining Swansea in 2003. Her research spans four core areas: Object Recognition (focusing on shape and surface properties), Object-Based Attention and Memory (inhibitory mechanisms), Perception and Action (information extraction guiding behavior), and Aesthetic Appeal (impact on performance and cognition).
