Irene Kull is a Professor of Civil Law at the University of Tartu's Faculty of Law, part of the School of Law within the Faculty of Social Sciences. She holds a Doctor of Law degree (2002) and has been a leading academic in Estonian and European contract law for over three decades. Her roles include Head of the Private Law Department and membership in the European Academy of Private Law and the European Centre of Tort and Insurance Law.
