Irene Kucin is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Latvia, with a focus on Private International Law and International Civil Procedure. She serves as a Judge of the Constitutional Court since 2021 and has extensive experience as a Advisor to the President on Rule of Law and European Union Law.
