Irene Amerini is an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer, Control and Management Engineering A. Ruberti, Sapienza University of Rome. She leads the Computer Vision and Multimedia Forensics Research Team at ALCORLab. Her research focuses on multimedia forensics, deepfake analysis, machine learning, adversarial machine learning, and computer vision. She has organized workshops like WiCV at CVPR 2019 and ECCV 2020, and serves on committees including IEEE Forensics and Security Technical Committee.
Education:
- Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Multimedia and Telecommunication (2011), University of Florence
- Postdoctoral Researcher at Image Forensics and Security Lab, University of Florence (2019–2022)
