Ipek Bilgen is a Lecturer at the Irving B. Harris Graduate School of Public Policy Studies, University of Chicago. She serves as Principal Research Methodologist at NORC at the University of Chicago, where she is Deputy Director of the Center for Panel Survey Sciences and Chief Methodologist of the AmeriSpeak Panel.
