Ionat Zurr is an Associate Professor at the UWA Design School and academic coordinator of SymbioticA at the School of Human Sciences, University of Western Australia. A pioneer in Biological Art, she explores the aesthetic, ethical, and cultural implications of using living cells as an artistic medium.
