Ioannis Kratsiotis

Dr. Ioannis Kratsiotis is a Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at the Business School of Manchester Metropolitan University, within the People and Performance department. He holds a PhD from the University of Manchester (2019), focusing on innovative work behavior models. Previously, he conducted postdoctoral research at Aston University on leadership training interventions under a Horizon2020 project. His teaching spans Organisational Psychology topics (Leadership, Motivation, Recruitment) and advanced Research Methods (Scale Development, Factor Analysis). Research interests include innovative work behavior, leadership dynamics, psychometrics, and individual differences. He has contributed to peer-reviewed journals in emotion regulation and cross-cultural psychometric validation. His work bridges theoretical frameworks with practical organizational applications.
