Ioannis Chronakis

Ioannis Chronakis is a Professor at the Research Group for Food Production Engineering at the Technical University of Denmark. His work bridges bio-macromolecular nanotechnology with food engineering, focusing on electro-spun nanostructures, molecular imprinting, and functional food systems.
