Assoc. Prof. Dr. paed. Inta Bula-Biteniece is an Associate Professor and Lead Researcher at the Department of Sport and Training Theory, Pedagogy, Psychology and Pedagogical Internship within the Faculty of Health and Sports Sciences at Rīga Stradiņš University (RSU). She holds a Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences degree and specializes in sport pedagogy, physical education methodologies, and educational frameworks for sports coaching.
Her research interests focus on optimizing training techniques in sports education, psychological aspects of athlete development, and pedagogical strategies for effective physical education delivery. She contributes to academic programs such as the qualification for Physical Education Teachers and oversees thesis supervision in related fields.
Currently based at RSU's Latvian Academy of Sport Education (address: 333 Brīvības gatve, Rīga), she actively participates in institutional initiatives like RSU Research Week and interdisciplinary projects advancing health and sports sciences.
