Insaf Mohammad, Pharm.D., BCACP is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Wayne State University, specializing in ambulatory care pharmacy services and interprofessional education. She concurrently serves as Adjunct Faculty in the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Beaumont Hospital, Dearborn, integrating clinical practice with academic training since 2019.
Dr. Mohammad earned dual degrees from Wayne State University in 2015: a Pharm.D. and B.S. in Health Science. She maintains Board Certification in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy (BCACP) since 2017.
