Ingrid Rusnes

Ingrid Rusnes is a sociologist and university lecturer at the University of Stavanger, affiliated with the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Humanities and the Department of Kindergarten Teacher Education. Her research focuses on work sociology, gender equality policy, family policy, and organizational change.
