Ingrid RICHARD serves as an Assistant Professor at IÉSEG School of Management, where she has coordinated the People and Intercultural Competences Pole for over 15 years. She oversees 15,000+ annual teaching hours and leads a 90-member faculty team dedicated to transforming the institution from international to intercultural.
Her research focuses on intercultural competence development and cultural diversity frameworks, evidenced by her creation of the mandatory Cultural Diversity Passport for bachelor students and the advanced Cultural Diversity Certificate for master's candidates. She teaches the flagship Understanding Cultural Diversity course across programs.
