Ingrid Plivard

Ingrid Plivard is a Lecturer at the Institute of Political Science of Angers (IPSA) and the University of Angers (UCO), affiliated with the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences (2S2T). She holds a Doctorate in Social Psychology from Picardie Jules Verne University (2005). Her research focuses on cultural identity, migration, intercultural communication, and social mediation. She actively participates in interdisciplinary projects such as the UCO's 'COMEEN' and 'MOBIL' initiatives, exploring ecological, ethical, and digital communication, as well as mobility and migration dynamics.

Her teaching includes courses on intercultural psychology, work psychology (clinical aspects of work risks, company support), social psychology fundamentals, research methodology, and business mediation. She contributes to academic events like the 'COMEEN' study day (June 2023) and 'Migrations, mobilizations, and ethics' (June 2023), organized with CHUS and 2S2T research teams.

She is part of the 2S2T research team and associated with the INETOP public laboratory, focusing on intercultural and ethical mediation. Her work bridges theoretical research with practical applications in intercultural management and social mediation.
