Professor Ingo Karpen holds a joint affiliation at CTF - the Service Research Center (Karlstad University, Sweden) and the Adelaide Business School (Adelaide University, Australia). His interdisciplinary research focuses on reimagining services through designerly ways of thinking, working, and being, aiming to enhance organizational strategies and human/systemic wellbeing.
