Inger M Jonsson is a Professor of Culinary Arts and Meal Science at Örebro University, leading the Department of Culinary Arts and Meal Science. Her work focuses on meals from a societal, cultural, and identity-based perspective, emphasizing sustainability, hospitality, and public health.
