Inge Håvard Bergdal is an Associate Professor at the Department of Management and Innovation, School of Business and Law, University of Agder. He holds a Cand. Psychol. degree from the University of Oslo with specialist training in Active Psychotherapy. Bergdal has been employed at UiA since 2004, working part-time (20%) while holding a full-time (100%) position as a specialist psychologist at RVTS Sør (Regional Resource Center for Violence, Traumatic Stress, and Suicide Prevention).
