Inga Minelgaitė is a Professor at the School of Business, University of Iceland, and a Visiting Lecturer at ISM (International School of Management). Her research focuses on leadership, particularly in temporary teams and cross-cultural contexts, with a strong emphasis on sustainability, ethical leadership, and project governance. She co-authored the seminal book Demystifying Leadership in Iceland, which explores Icelandic leadership uniqueness and was nominated for a EURAM award. She collaborates with the GLOBE research initiative, the largest global study on leadership. Her teaching includes Leadership, Future Organizations, Qualitative Research Methods, and Project Management courses like International Project Management (GRAL005).
