Prof. Dr. Ines von Weichs is a Professor of Strategic Management at South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences, where she has taught since 2016. She currently serves as Vice-Rector for University Structure Development and previously held the position of Dean of Studies. Her academic work bridges technical and business disciplines with focus areas in strategic management, innovation processes, and entrepreneurial support systems.
Her research explores digital business model transformation, change management methodologies, and industry-specific marketing strategies. She actively leads initiatives like FH-Preneur for startup incubation and has managed several innovation grants including EXIST startup funding. Professor von Weichs teaches courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels including:
