Imran Musaji

Imran Musaji, PhD, CCC-SLP, serves as Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Wichita State University's College of Health Professions. A licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist with diverse clinical experience, he directs the Computer Mediated Communication Lab while maintaining active community engagement through clinical service initiatives.

His research bridges technology and clinical practice with emphases on aphasia rehabilitation through digitized accessibility tools, visualization of phoneme acquisition data for educational applications, and critical examination of AI ethics in communication sciences. Current projects include developing aphasia-friendly restaurant menus and interactive phoneme charts based on Crowe & McLeod's acquisition data, reflecting his commitment to practical solutions grounded in evidence-based practice.
