Ilma Dedić is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics, University of Zenica. She holds a Master of Economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Tuzla, and is pursuing doctoral studies in Economics at the Faculty of Economics in Zenica (since 2020). Her expertise spans Entrepreneurship, Crisis Management, Strategic Management, Human Resources Management, and Leadership Theory. She specializes in analyzing organizational culture, leadership styles, employee satisfaction, and the interplay between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and business performance.
Her research focuses on organizational behavior, international management, and the impact of CSR on employee motivation and corporate reputation. Notable studies include investigations into leadership styles in Bosnian companies, the connection between corporate branding and employee satisfaction, and strategies to enhance bank performance in emerging markets like Bosnia and Herzegovina.
