Ilka Hermes

Dr. Ilka Hermes is a Group Leader in Correlative Atomic Force Microscopy at the Leibniz Institute for Polymer Research Dresden (IPF Dresden), affiliated with the Multi-Scale Characterization department under the Physical Chemistry and Physics of Polymers division. Her work focuses on advanced microscopy techniques for polymer and hybrid material characterization.
