Ilham Bensouna is an Assistant Professor at the Edinburgh Business School within the School of Social Sciences at Heriot-Watt University. She specializes in strategy, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and sustainability management, with a focus on organizational identity formation and sustainability transitions. Her research explores CSR adoption trajectories in SMEs, particularly in the hospitality sector, and sustainable business models in Scotland. She has been awarded grants for her work on sustainable innovation and actively supervises PhD students.
