Ilham Bensouna is an Assistant Professor at the Edinburgh Business School within the School of Social Sciences at Heriot-Watt University. She specializes in strategy, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and sustainability management, with a focus on organizational identity formation and sustainability transitions. Her research explores CSR adoption trajectories in SMEs, particularly in the hospitality sector, and sustainable business models in Scotland.
