Ikechi Mgbeoji

Ikechi Mgbeoji is a Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, where he has held a faculty position since July 2003 after previously teaching at the University of British Columbia Faculty of Law. His academic expertise bridges intellectual property, international law, and interdisciplinary legal studies.

His work critically examines intersections between biotechnology, indigenous peoples' rights, and anthropological perspectives within legal frameworks, contributing to comparative and global discourse through rigorous scholarly analysis.
