Professor Igor Borisovich Orlov is a distinguished academic at the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE), serving as Deputy Head of Department and Professor in the Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Politics and Management. He also heads the Scientific and Educational Laboratory for Research in the Field of Business Communications and holds a professorship in the Department of Theory and Practice of Interaction between Business and Government. With over 33 years of scientific and teaching experience, Professor Orlov has been affiliated with HSE since 2002 and previously held academic positions at Moscow Oblast Pedagogical University and other institutions.
Professor Orlov's educational background includes a Doctor of Historical Sciences degree (2000) and graduation with honors from Kharkiv State University in 1990, where he specialized in History.
