Dr. Ibraiz Tarique is Professor and Chair of the Management & Management Science Department at Pace University's Lubin School of Business. He specializes in global talent strategies, cross-cultural leadership development, and multinational workforce management.
Author of leading textbooks including 'International Human Resource Management' (6th edition) and 'Routledge's Companion to Talent Management'. His research on cultural agility earned the Global Leadership Advancement Center Best Article Award.
Education includes a PhD in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from Rutgers University. He serves as Associate Editor for the International Journal of Human Resource Management.
