Ian Wisekal serves as Adjunct Professor of Oboe at the University of Denver's Lamont School of Music since 2013. He holds principal positions with the Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra and Crested Butte Music Festival, and performs regularly with the Colorado Symphony, Colorado Bach Ensemble, and Opera Colorado across professional ensembles throughout Colorado and internationally.

He maintains active collaborations with major ensembles while creating educational content through his YouTube channel and reed-making resources.
