Ian W. Holloway

Ian W. Holloway is a Professor of Social Welfare at the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs. He is a licensed clinical social worker (License #82669) with expertise in behavioral health research focusing on health disparities among sexual and gender minority populations. His work emphasizes social network analysis, leveraging social media and technology for health promotion.

Research interests include HIV/AIDS, LGBT populations, substance abuse, global health, and evidence-based practice implementation. He directs the Southern California HIV/AIDS Policy Research Center, supporting evidence-informed policy for HIV/AIDS programs.
